What am I committing to?
Before leaving for India, you will be required to attend pre-departure training on a part-time basis for the 2 and 1/2 months leading up to the trip.
Attendance at the pre-training sessions are mandatory. They are for your own benefit, and help to establish a group dynamic. This experience will help you to develop your skills independently and as a team.
As a volunteer, you can learn while you serve, with a chance to expand your horizons and grow as a person, while working with the people of a different culture.
But most of all, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference.
To reach out and touch the lives of others.
