SCCC offers meeting rooms and a gymnasium for rent on a 'first come, first served basis' at the following ‘Community Rate’ plus HST(community rate is offered to community members and must be used for purpose of profit generation).

Bookings are made within current program session availability (and are subject to internal programming & emerging needs).
Bookings are secured upon payment of rental fees & security deposit upon signing of rental contract.
Please note photo ID such as current driver’s license is required and payments must be made in cash, money order or by certified cheque.
MEETING ROOM (S)
Maximum room occupancy ranges between 30-50 persons. $16.95/hr (incl. HST), subject to availability.

GYM
Recreational Sports
Maximum occupancy 60 persons. $33.90/hr (incl. HST). Equipment not provided, ONLY plastic blades for floor/ball hockey.

SATURDAY EVENING SOCIAL EVENTS: 6pm – 1am (October & November dates still available)
A Special Occasion Permit is required from LCBO to serve alcohol and, must be obtained a minimum of 10 business days prior to event.

Event security deposit: $250.00 required to reserve date (is refundable, conditional on contract compliance).
