Bill 103 Summit

On September 24-26, 2008, people from across Ontario will come together to share dialogue on Ontario’s new police complaints system.  Delegates include representatives from diverse communities and organizations, municipal and regional police forces, academia, public policy development, and other stakeholders. 

The Summit themes are ACCESSIBILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY, and PUBLIC EDUCATION AND SUPPORT as they relate to Ontario’s new police complaints system. 

This community-led summit is hosted by Scadding Court Community Centre and other members of Toronto’s Community Education and Access to Police Complaints (CEAPC) Partnership.
