Fundraising Event for North Korean Refugees in Toronto



STRUGGLE FOR SURVIVAL

Currently, there are about 2,000 North Korean people who have found refuge in the City of Toronto. Leaving their families and friends behind, these individuals escaped from hell. Yet, they are still struggling to survive. Councillor Raymond Cho, the association of North Koreans in Canada and Scadding Court Community Centre invite you to join them on Saturday, June 1st at 6:00 p.m. Learn about the challenges and struggles faced by North Korean refugees in Toronto, and support the important work being done by the community to provide leadership and hope through the resettlement process.
