SCCC offers meeting rooms and a gymnasium for rent on a 'first come, first served basis' at the following community rates (exclusive of generating profit) plus GST.  For further information on commercial or corporate rentals please contact the Facility Director.

Bookings are made within current program session availability (contingent on internal program & emerging needs), and only secured by payment of rental fees (or event security deposit) and signing of rental contract (photo id such as current driver’s license required).

All payments must be made either in cash, money order or by certified cheque.

MEETING ROOM (S)  
Maximum room occupancy ranges between 30-50 persons. $15.75/hr (incl. GST), subject to availability.
Quoted rental fees are at community rate. 

GYM
Recreational Sports
Maximum occupancy 60 persons. $31.50/hr. (incl. GST).   Equipment not provided plastic blades only for floor/ball hockey.

SATURDAY EVENING SOCIAL EVENTS:  6pm – 1am
A Special Occasion Permit is required from LCBO to serve alcohol and must be obtained a minimum of 10 business days prior to event.

· Gym = $708.75 (incl. GST).  Maximum occupancy 300

Event security deposit: $250.00 required to reserve date (refundable conditional on contract compliance).
